How do I return an item?

You can return unworn items within 14 days after delivery.

The credit will be issued within 14 days after we have received your package.
 

1. pack the items in the original package

2. post the return

You can drop off the package at parcel stores and packing stations of DHL, DPD, Hermes and GLS. Please keep the return receipt until we confirm your return. Find return stations near you.

3. get refund

When you see in the tracking that we have received your return, please give us up to 14 more days to review and credit it.

When will I receive confirmation of my return?
